I have been coaching for over 30 years from completing studying 32 years ago in all sports. I'm qualified in weightlifting, nutrition, football, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics and trampolining , along with further education in sports psychology.
I have been a competitive bodybuilder, representing the UK for over 30 years winning over 100 titles along the way, including Mr Universe, World, European and British championships.
Well known in the industry for my presenting on Sky TV Active channel and achieving a shredded lean physique for myself and all my clients if contest prep is your goal!
