Fitness is about community. The trainers are also a part of the community and play a very special role in it. It is important to have confidence and to find a basis upon which you can build together. Only in this way will you develop step by step, reach your goals, and give your life a positive turn.
Nutrition plan
The diet plan is designed specifically around each individual's needs. This can change on a weekly basis if necessary on prep or life. This is in order for your body to adapt and head in the right direction to meet your specific goal! All I ask is that you report to me every week with an update of your weight, how you are feeling and your current progress pictures. This way i can make the changes needed and make sure we are on track to getting some serious results.
Training programmes
This will be a full weights and cardio & activity output regime, including all the tricks i have picked up over the 27 years of training with pros.
Supplementation
This will include the supplements I recommend you use, when and how to use them most efficiently designed around you specifically to what your deficient in and monitored for results.
Accountability 24 hour support/contact
I have found this to be key in my coaching philosophy. I provide 24hr service for all clientele. Any time you need to ask a question or have a worry, no matter when or what time, you can contact me.
